"Poor customer service, so difficult to get hold of reception, needed to make a change to my booking, was unable to get through and ended up loosing my money due to hotel not answering the phone. Really poor"

"This was our third stay at The Ragged Cot and we always have a lovely time. Its position is so convenient to visit many lovely places and has good on site, safe parking. Nice cosy atmosphere with nice bar and restaurant and loads of outside areas to sit. Rooms are basic but ample, the only issue is that the bathrooms are beginning to look very tired and surprisingly there was only 2 tiny complimentary soaps - no shower/body wash or shampoo. Beds are very comfy.

Tried to call room service no one answered, call reception and transfer the call still no one answered. So have to go ordered at restaurant for room service and staff argue that never hear the phone ringing (we tried for an hour) "
