"I arrived late on Monday a bank holiday. The receptionist was really friendly professional and helpful. She managed to secure me a table at a local restaurant after 21h00 in less than five minutes. Subsequently I dined at the restaurant Tuesday and Wednesday. I will need to travel to Novara for 2-3 days each month. My intention would to stay at the Hotel Cavour ( and eat in the local restaurant that was recommended to me). I travel thought Europe each week. Sadly this level of service is rarely provided.
