"The water pressure in the shower was pathetic and I got cold while I was showering. It was barely enough to keep me wet at all. Then when I got out the towels smelled disgusting and I had to drip dry. The hair dryer was broken. The bed was lumpy. We were charged and exorbitant amount for a scrambled egg and some hashbrowns and when we spoke with the manager she was rude. I've never paid so much money for such a yucky place. Also, I thought this was a resort and there was zero resort amenities...

"Room carpet was dirty and sticky. They still put us in a pet room even though we dont have pets. Breakfast wasnt even worth waking up for. Will never stay at a best western again if this is the standard "

"Breakfast was ok, best part was the woman working it. She was super friendly. The bathroom fan runs with the light, can’t turn it off and it was really annoying. Other than that it was great, very quiet. "

"The room was wonderful and we really enjoyed the jetted tub in our room. But breakfast was ghastly. The eggs were obviously powdered and even then seemed like they had been cooked earlier and reheated. The hash browns were also the texture of something reheated. Not worth eating."

"It was our first time visiting the area and the staff made us feel welcome right from the start. She showed us a map of the area and pointed out some local highlights to visit. Her recommendations did not disappoint. The room was clean and well maintained, complete with a fantastic view."

"Front desk personnel were professional and congenial. Other staff were standoffish; several were so poorly dressed and unkept they appeared homeless. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable except for the traffic noise and poorly maintained windows. Breakfast was good."

"There was so much wrong we had to leave. The “non smoking” room was full of cigarette smoke leaking from the room next door and that guest smoking r in got outside our door all hours of day and night. Black mold in the bathroom and no hot water in the shower. No silverware at all in the kitchen. It appeared the sheets were not changed. Tiny flat pillows, 1 each. Zero washcloth or kitchen towel. Staff was most unhelpful."

"Cute little place, it was clean. A bit pricey for what you get. The bed we slept on was a little hard and not that comfortable. The hot tub was always full so didn't get a chance to go in that.... The experience was good I would def stay there again"
