Staff was polite and spoke to English well. Helped us order a taxi for dinner and for train/bus station. Pool was great, the plenty of sun, very clean, great bartender and fair drink prices. Breakfast buffet was timely and tasty. Everything you’d want from a 3 star hotel.

Property was perfect for a few days work trip, about 10/15 mins walk from the centre of town. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean & tidy with a great view from the balcony. No ironing facilities in the room was the only drawback, as I needed to iron some shirts in a hurry (there is a paid service with housekeeping which was fine, but obviously not as quick as being able to do your own). Would happily stay again.

The hotel is in a lovely location overlooking the lake, I would recommend a lake view room. The breakfast was excellent with so much variety. We had dinner one night which was also good quality. The staff were very nice and friendly, and I would like to give special mention to Marco and Davide who were so kind and helpful when we needed to arrange our journey back to the airport and we're having difficulty, they also agreed to us having a late checkout. I recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in Stresa without paying too much.
