"Worst management for the hotel . My brother lost his wallet and I was trying to help him out to get a hotel room , until we can figure out how to get him home . Hotel management refused to check him and made him stay in the cold weather in his rental car.. what kind of human being are they !!! Us her in US we never do something like that .. even though I called the hotel directly and explained the problem with them and they still refused. "

"Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. One thing to note, is that there wasn't a great deal of choice at breakfast, but it was more than adequate and everything was very nice. If you want a big range of choices at breakfast, you'll be disappointed. But if you are not fussed about having a range of options you'll be happy as there is enough good food to fill you up!"

"It's beautiful old building, we stayed at Chambre Agathe which was clean and cosy. Bed and pillow were comfortable and we slept well. Bathroom was clean too. "After check-in. We went out of hotel for dinner and we were told to leave our room key at front desk. When we returned to hotel at 12am the hotel was locked and we could not enter. We buzzed the door and knocked for 15 minutes. We had to drive to different hotel to stay the night. I would like full refund."
