My only small complaint was that the bathroom is very small but that's minor in my book. The included breakfast can be delivered as room service for a very small fee and it was a very large amount of food of great quality."

"Th reception desk staff were very helpful getting us taxis. Your first drink at the bar after 6:00 is free every day and the bartender is very nice. I didn’t care for the breakfast buffet - cold eggs and raw bacon. But there were a lot of other choices, so I didn’t go hungry. The room was very nice and clean with walk-in shower. It's a beautiful hotel with courtyard gardens. Very comfortable beds. Within walking distance of the Duomo, LaScala, shopping and great restaurants. "
