"Room was clean neat and tidy, although I think the rooms and hotel were a little dated, although not massively. The staff were friendly and check in/out was simple and straightforward. Great location for my self as I was visiting for a concert which at the venue on the other side of the road and it is a very short walk to the subway so you can get around Berlin very easily. Definitely would stay here again when I’m in town."

"The reception is open untill 3pm. Thats fine with me, unfortunately non functional self check-in process has totally ruined the first impression. The phone support was not very effective. I very much value the receptionist apologies. The property as such is very nice and rooms are comfortable, cozy and clean. Only objections would be insects in the shower. I will definitely be willing to come back. This is another example of lousy IT solution ruining work and efforts of the onsite hard working...
