"We have stayed here many times and they have all been good. This time it looks like they gave us the worst room. I’m wondering if it’s because a conference was going on. The furniture had most definitely seen better days, the shower dripped and front door staff were we’re really friendly This may have been the last. time we will stay here"

"Rooms were spotless, bedding new and beds extremely comfortable. While the hotel is a little out of the way, it is quiet, the front desk person was extremely welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was probably the best we've ever had at a hotel that included it. Highly recommend it."

"I found the rooms not overly inviting. The bed was comfortable with food quality sheets. The pillow were not comfortable. The shower head was pulled out of the wall and it took forever for the water to heat up. I didn't realize my room was going to be close to the train which was annoying when trying to sleep. "The walls are an ugly, glossy, dirty cream colour. The room feels cold and hard because of the dented metal and poorly painted cabinets.
