Was tired after a long drive and found out road to hotel was closed due to markets but was never notified by hotel. Hauling bags through crowded streets was not fun. Hotel is dated and carpets looked dirty. Only redeeming quality was staff was ok and the markers were nearby.

Location is centric and convenient but hotel is old and really needs to get some work done. Rooms are very dark and carpet looks dirty. The AC never worked and the bathroom switch light never worked during our stay. Breakfast was OK but needs improvement and more variety. This hotel is good for a one night stay but it’s not the most comfortable.

Ho scelto questo hotel per la sua posizione e perché garantiva il parcheggio. Quando sono arrivato, un addetto poco professionale mi ha rivelato che in realtà il parcheggio non era disponibile. Pubblicità ingannevole e scarsa professionalità. Pessimo.

Die Mitarbeitenden waren stets nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war ordentlich gereinigt. Vor dem Fenster hatten wir ein Hornissennest. Es fehlte ein Tisch an dem man gemeinsam hätte sitzen können. Insgesamt ist das Hotel und die Einrichtung sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sollte bald renoviert werden.

Die Lage ist ideal für einen Besuch in Straßburg, das Frühstück war sehr gut und mit fantastischer Aussicht. Insgesamt aber alles leicht abgewohnt und sicher keine 4 Sterne mehr.

Ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles c’est plutôt un f1 L’accueil est froid, les chambres sont vétustes manque de respect envers la clientèle à l’accueil. Juste l’emplacement est correct.je vous déconseille à tous cette hôtel médiocre.

Ein typisches Mercure-Hotel aus den 70er Jahren. Modernisiert und in Ordnung. Die Lage am Rande der Altstadt ist hervorragend (nicht das direkte Umfeld).

Bei dem Versuch kurzfristig ein Zimmer per Handy zu buchen, ( auf dem Stellplatz war kein Netz), war der Empfang dazu nicht in der Lage. Die Dame redete sich mangels Sprachkenntnissen in Deutsch oder Englisch dann kurzerhand damit heraus, das Hotel wäre ausgebucht. Stunden später, wieder mit Internet, waren plötzlich wieder Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer war ganz schön, und gegen den Geruch des Teppichs konnte man glücklicherweise die Fenster öffnen. Die Matratze war sehr weich, etwa wie ein Lager aus Wolldecken und definitiv nichts für Leute mit Rückenproblemen. Das Bad könnte mal wieder eine Grundreinigung gebrauchen war aber soweit ganz okay. Trotz sehr zentraler Lage war es aber sehr leise. Alles in allem nichts besonderes, aber soweit ganz gut.
