"The daytime concierges - Tina and Beverly - were outstanding. The cleaning people I met in the halls were charming. Food was very good - lovely breakfast.
One suggestion - the bottoms of the tubs and the steps into the pool were quite slippery. And while I am over 65, I am fit. I hope you will address these issues before someone gets hurt "
