The staff at front desk was super friendly and even helped us when my daughter was sick from heat be able to move us to a lower floor and suite that was much more cooler and comfortable.definitely would recommend

The staff seem friendly Walking distance close to the ferries and shopping Parking spots not clear marking Hallway to the elevators for second floor, and the elevator was never swept. We were there for 2 1/2 days never cleaned. The balconies were absolutely filthy. They need to be hosed off and scrubbed.
