"The room was so nice and clean! The pool area was so beautiful! They are doing construction at the property but that didn’t take away from my stay. I will recommend and stay again!"

"This place is a rare gem. Do not visit New Orleans without staying there at least 2 nights"

"Fine for what it is."

"Room was clean but had noticed a reddish stain on one of the towels, noticed the black mold around one of the light switches and on the lamp shades, didn’t like how the shower didn’t get hot or even warm until my last day and I didn’t like how the front door was locked at a certain time and had to knock a few times to be let in but other than that staff was friendly, property was beautiful and they have a good playlist"

"The check-in took 35 minutes. The AC did not work. The sink drain was clogged, I brushed my teeth in the shower. The elevator was dirty, the hallways were dirty and smelled of paint. The vending machines were fine but the changer did not work. There was no iron in the room. I was not impressed. I heard other people complain to the staff about similar issues. One guest came back to the front desk and said she was given a key to a room where there were guests already. I expected a little bit more."

"The residence was well kept and stocked with goodies for the guests. The rooms were quiet and clean. The courtyard and surrounding grounds were nicely maintained. The location is approximately one mile from the French Quarter and Mid Town for a variety of dining and walking options. I really enjoyed the stay and plan to return in the future."

"Very comfortable bed and very quiet."

"Hotel Provincial is my go to hotel when visiting New Orleans. They are located only 2 blocks from Bourbon Street and everything is within walking distance. Close enough to the action, and far enough to sleep in peace. The pool and courtyard are beautiful and picturesque. The staff are always so helpful! Storing our luggage until our departure was an added plus. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Excellent location, staff and units. Very spacious, clean and nicely decored."

"Amazing and adorable. Wish there was a TV outside for the jacuzzi or BBQ outside"

"Very nice unique place. We were assigned to the sister property across the street. It was out of the way and quiet, especially good for sleeping. Private courtyard was nice. Room had AC unit that was placed across the room, I feel like it could’ve been cooler but was okay."

"This was a unique property, very clean and secure. Good location and helpful staff."

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay and have already talked about another trip to New Orleans and staying here again! If you want a cheap hotel look somewhere else because when you pay cheap you get cheap!! Location: Much quieter area away from the hustle and bustle but still very much walking distance to French quarter or to take RTA/ street car. Nearest coffee shop that is extremely good is called Allgood. If you don’t want to pay for an uber from the airport you can catch the bus from the...

"Traffic was terrible around the building. Gate closed to pull in for parking. Called and was put on hold about 12 minutes as I circled the block twice told to pull up to gate and it would be opened. Pulled up and car hung out onto Toulouse about 4 minutes. Sunday morning front desk has no change so I could tip valet. Cafe had no sausage or eggs and clerk rude. Most of the staff were friendly but there were a couple that had no personality."

"My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. Our room was clean and well maintained, AC is frigid, the hotel itself was very nice, and Tracy at the bar was great company. The hotel is centrally located so it was expectedly noisy at night, bring some ear plugs or your airpods to sleep. Balcony access was a neat feature. I would gladly stay here again. Super easy access to everything you could possibly want to do in the French Quarter."
