"Location was good for visitors."

"The check-in process was bad as we have to wait in line for almost 40 minutes. There was not enough staff (only three at the front desk) and there was a big group that arrived right before we did. The staff tried to make it up by offering a beverage to us waiting in line. The hotel's facilities are okay for the price point. It is a bit far from Amsterdam's centers so not as convenient as we would've preferred but it was the best option for us booking so close to our arrival date. There is a metro station just across the street which makes traveling to the center a bit easier but trains stop running after midnight and you'll have to take a bus and walk a bit or take an Uber if you stay in town past midnight. Breakfast is all you can eat buffet but a bit pricey (over 30 euros) so we only ate at the hotel twice."

"All good. Wish that hotels would have a guest laundry. I mean charging 3.5 euros for underwear? Might as well buy new"

"Beautiful, modern, clean, easy access to public transportation. Breakfast Buffett had many options of delicious food. The elevator was new to us. You would put in what floor you needed and it would tell you which elevator to use. The room was gorgeous! Unique in its layout, with a tablet to control the lights, blinds, temperature, etc. We loved it! I would recommend it and would stay again."

"Great modern hotel in a central location. Next to Centraal Station. Many locations walkable. "

"The hotel was beautiful and clean. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of hot and cold selections. The room was spacious and comfortable."

"Housekeeping could have been better. Water glasses were not properly cleaned, a bath towel put in our room after cleaning was dirty, wash clothes were forgotten one day. Also, a problem with HVAC, was turned off inexplicably and had to call down to rectify."
