Quality Hotel Strawberry Arena
I always stay here and have had good experience. This time however I was given a room without any windows. It wasnt clear during the time of booking that the room has no windows. Only said compact.

Radisson Blu Royal Viking Hotel, Stockholm
Absolutely lovely hotel and beautiful room but the pool/spa were closed with issues. They told us about it via email before arriving but that was after we paid a premium specifically hoping to enjoy the spa. Sad.
