"The walls weren’t finished, they upgrading the rooms I guess. There was Sheetrock dust everywhere and my sons had another room and they saw roaches and in my room there was a mouse."

"Waited 30 minutes for staff to check in no one came so we left to go eat dinner. Came back and waited 5 minutes for staff to come out of office to check in. Pool was closed ( one reason we booked). Breakfast was ok. Muffins were hard, eggs bland so breakfast was ok. Shower pressure sucked! Room was nice and comfortable but got hot in middle of night."
