"The resort was gorgeous with plenty of excellent food and entertainment options. The rooms are cleaned every day and are extremely comfortable. We even got lucky with a free upgrade to an ocean view. The true standout at the Moon Palace, however, is the staff. Everyone we met was so nice, it truly brought our vacation to another level. I highly recommend staying here for groups of all ages and sizes. I did not travel with children, but many people had children, and it seemed very family-friendly...

"This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at....Room and bed was fabulous and the view of ocean was perfect! The staff were wonderful and food was always first class....I stayed 10 days and have already made plans to re book!! Tyrick the bartender always helped along with Nick and the chef Cristina....the owner Anna also made sure everything was nice and made the stay unforgetable!!!......The pool was exceptionally clean and warm,so I did spend time there,which was great!!!!"

"It will be beneficial to specify that the property is not a beachfront property and that there is a shuttle service to take you down to the beach as the shuttle service is available only from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Any times outside that window, you are on your own. That is the only thing I would suggest ."
