The staff was very friendly and inviting. One note about this hotel: there are no elevators. You must use the stairs to get to the upper floors.

We were not able to get ahold of staff for issues we were having. Also when we went down for breakfast there was only cereal available. We went when it said breakfast started but nothing was available yet. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

We had a good overnight stay. Our room was large with an electric fireplace that worked. Refrigerator was large enough for our entire cooler and freezer was large too. Coffee in the room was stale but breakfast coffee was great. Desk clerk was very personable and friendly and directed us to the best room for our needs. I would definitely stay here again.

The service and room were perfect, but at 7:30 am there was no breakfast. I waited for 15 minutes and it still didn't arrive. It's not about the food itself, but the limited time I have. Excellent service, terrible breakfast.

Great place to stay in Steamboat

Very clean, huge, newly furnished rooms. Perfect location on the free bus route to get to the mountain and around town. Lovely ladies at the front desk were very knowledgeable about the area.

Ski weekend

This spot is great for a quick ski trip to steamboat. Clean room, breakfast included, and a shuttle straight to the mountain starting at 8am and running every 15 min. Reasonably priced as well. Restaurant next door as well for good eats and a bar!
