Greta location! Yampa River is in the backyard and the old town hot spring is right across the street. It has the historical lodge vibe however the facility is comfy and the room is clean. Will be back!

We loved our stay at the historic Rabbit Ears. Friendly staff, well maintained, great walkable location by the river on the edge of downtown, free parking, EV charger, nice breakfast. We had a deluxe room on the second floor with a lovely balcony overlooking the river. Highly recommend!

The office staff were amazing and made our stay really special. They were fantastic with great recommendations for restaurants in the area and super informative about events and activities in town. Our room was perfect! Amazing river view with a nice little balcony, and two very comfortable Queen size beds. The continental breakfast was delicious! I would stay there again in a second! This motel has one of the best locations to downtown Steamboat Springs people. We’ve stayed there numerous times and I’ve never been unhappy with the facility or the personnel. They have tended to go out of their way to help. Though a bit more the river view rooms are exceptional.
