"Our check in clerk was fast, friendly and efficient. We didn’t like our initial room and she switched us very quickly into a better one. I thought that generally the hotel had seen some hard use. It’s badly in need of renos."

"When i got there at about 4pm, i could not get into the building. There was no human interaction. Eventually I got hold of someone in Quebec City. I was staying in Winnipeg. I got into the building.
