"The breakfast was adequate. The quality of the coffee was poor. The largest disappointment was that our card keys failed to work on the second day of our stay. We had to call the hotel staff to help us enter the building. We are both disabled and had to stand outside in the heat."

"We were told upon arrival that we could not test in the room we booked due to a water leak and mold. Moved to another room that also had mold. Decided to cancel the stay after seeing this. Reached out to oyo as well as Expedia. Expedia was helpful on reaching out to staff about the cancellation policy and a refund. I was told they waived the cancellation and would issue a refund since we provided proof of mold. Nothing has since been processed and I am unable to contact anyone."

"This hotel is absolutely filthy. The renovation looks good from 50 ft away but it’s like lipstick on a pig. The lobby immediately told me what I needed to know: dirty stains and leaves on the furniture, stuff all over the floor, ceiling is heavily drooping. This is our one time a year we get to stay in a hotel and we were quickly super disappointed with our choice. We refused to stay for our entire stay. In the room we found tons of issues. Floor was not swept, found glass on it (in a pet friendly room mind you- my dog could have ripped open her pads). All furniture in the room is either rusty, scratched, stained, or warped. Walls damaged- like the stucco is actually peeling or crumbling off. There was black mold on the ceiling. The bathroom is crusty and the door had nasty black hand prints everywhere. The water pressure is non existent. The pillows are not even a basic sized pillow. It’s small enough for a child and completely deflates flat. Had to stuff two in a pillow case to be relatively normal. But the worst part is the back exit isn’t locked or secure so anyone can come in and it led straight to our room. We smelled weed the entire night because the back door doesn’t close. The manager Morris acted like this is all new to him but then again we waited at the counter for 10 minutes while he was outside smoking. Also the pool was listed as an amenity but is closed, they should probably tell people that. The breakfast was nice and the lady running it works very hard."

"Our experience was horrible. Bathroom was disgusting and even found a used bandage in the bed sheets. When brought to hotel’s attention, nothing was done. We even had Expedia get involved and still nothing has been resolved or even attempted."

"Our second stay here as the owners are amazing. We hope they continue to win awards for a wonderful B&B! Keep up the great work Martijn & Eveline. They deserve a vacation from all the hard work they put into making this the best B&B. The delicious breakfast with homemade bread, farm to table eggs, the" Dutch touch "as they call it is beautiful! The rooms are comfortable, well appointed & very clean!"
