"Would definitely come again! Since we had a bigger party, I think our room size is not often booked so there were dead bugs and a dead cockroach, which caused the 4 stars. But overall, the staff, amenities, breakfast and location was excellent! We loved the beach the most. It was not as crowded as other beaches."

"Booked last minute and flew out next day. Upgraded the room to a suite upon arrival they were fast and accommodating. Restaurants food was great. Facilities were very nice. Lost a pair of Prada sunglasses right at the pool no one turned them in so keep your stuff to your self. Other than that we had a great time. Make sure you take their dedicated airport transfer makes life 1 million times easier."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Clean, Comfortable Stay in a Quiet Part of Boracay We had a wonderful stay at Il Mare Sakura Resort! The hotel was exceptionally clean—we honestly didn’t even want to mess up the floors! 😂 The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was well-maintained, and everything worked perfectly, including the toilet flush and water supply. No issues at all! We also appreciated the generous supply of bath soap, which was a nice surprise compared with other hotels that provide only small portions. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had some wet clothes, and they kindly showed us where we could hang them and even offered to have them dried for us. It’s these thoughtful little touches that make a stay memorable. Breakfast was delicious, with decent-sized servings that kept us satisfied. The location was another big plus. The resort is about a two-minute walk from the shoreline in Station 1, near Willy’s Rock (the grotto area). The beach here has beautiful fine sand and is generally quieter and less crowded than the busier parts of White Beach. It’s perfect if you prefer a more peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed making the most of the location with plenty of walks and runs along the seashore. The only downside for us was the lack of a gym, but we simply made exercise part of our beachside adventures! 😄 Accessibility note: There is no elevator, so guests with disabilities (PWDs), mobility limitations, or difficulty climbing stairs should take this into considera"

"The location is perfect if you want to be literally one minute away from the beach and ocean. Plus, there are many shops, restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Wide selection of both Filipino and western dishes. I was in a room where I wish I would have known from the description that there was no window. And, I don't understand why the steps to the pool are at the deep end and not at the shallow end? Other than that, everything was great!"
