I have never stayed in a hotel where staff were so attentive - they were so friendly and more than happy to help at any moment in time. I would highly reccomend staying here!! "Came for a destination wedding at the Lind and stayed 5 nights at the Pinnacle. Our family really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are nice (we were actually upgraded), the pools and beach access are great as well. The best part of the experience was the friendly and helpful staff. We used a number of hotel services like laundry, massages and booking water activities. We also arranged the airport transfer through them. They are always available and ready to help. I enjoyed the location as well. It was a little set apart from the chaos of the bars and restaurants on White Beach, but close enough to enjoy them as well. Overall great value. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future, or recommending this hotel to others looking to visit Boracay. "
