"This hotel insists on a $100 deposit in case of damage. Eight days after checking out, the $100 charge has not been released. The hotel does not claim there was any damage, but says the problem is with my bank. Never staying in this chain of hotels again. "

"There was plenty of parking. Breakfast was good, especially for kids. I appreciated the all-day coffee. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only issue I had was the ants in our room. They offered to change rooms but we had connecting rooms with family and did not want to change. They also offered to remedy the ants but I have asthma issues and did not want to be in fumigated room since we only stayed for 3 nights for a funeral and were not goint to be in room much. Also, could use a magnifying mirror in bathroom. "

"This hotel has gone downhill since the firstbw times ive stayed there...even w staff. Room...DOG HAIR everywhere. WHY do you put guest in rooms that pets hv been in. REFRIGERATOR DIRTY... Bathroom..Hair everywhere. I called front desk because my tub was holding the water while showering,no one ever showed up to fix it after calling 2xs.. All this after changing rooms because they gave me the wrong room the 1st time...I will never stay here again!! "

"There was no clerk at the front desk to greet me when I arrived to check in. I had to ask for service, instead. The room was comfy, however. The breakfast service wasn't up to par. The food (except the hot waffles) tasted like that they were a day old, including the juices from the juice dispenser. This would probably not be the best hotel to stay at, if you plan to visit North Jersey. "

The waiter insulted the guest and she should be sorry I’m so disappointed. I am regular customer for Marriott and they act so weird and Alex never help us very disappointed the staff and the waiters this location I never recommended anyone or I never go there anymore"
