"The room was great and the staff very helpful but the restaurant, cafe and bar hours were very limited. We arrived at 2pm hungry after a long drive but nothing in the hotel was available. We went out dinner that evening and returned to the hotel for a cocktail but the bar closes at 9pm. On Sunday the main restaurant is closed so no full breakfast/brunch. "

"on arrival staff did not greet cordially. Staff didn't give full instructions how to operate hand held shower. Heated floor was not heated in all areas. Was given out dated high riser for toilet. Cleaning was not consistent and bed was not made thoroughly each day. Meals were not prepared as requested.. "

"Staff was cordial. Carpet in the room was vacuumed but stained. Small portions of the carpet near the bed were sticky. Coffee machine in breakfast lounge said it needed cleaning. Generally expect better maintenance and care at this expense level."

"Front desk clerk was very accommodating and friendly. Room was clean, with a Nespresso coffeemaker, plenty of oversized towels and everything else I needed. Heater kept going on and off on the cold night, but the temperature was kept where I wanted it. It's a good value for the money, especially in this neighborhood."
