Facility is very convenient and offers good amenities for longer stays. However, hallways are in need of attention and upgrade. Dingy, poor air quality, and dark parking area at night.

The recent “renovation” essentially put lipstick on a pig. The flooring was nice and the bedroom area had new furniture and comfortable mattresses. But the rest of our room was not clean. Our bathroom sink had a ring of mold around it. Under the kitchen sink was filthy. We pulled the sheets back to tuck our 3 year old into bed and found a giant clump of tangled hair. We will not be back.

This was a one night stay while we were going out in Norwalk and this was fine for a night. It is a no frills basic hotel room. The bed was small but comfortable. The price was not cheap and that is too be expected for the area but I don't think you can say you have breakfast included when what is offered is hot beverages, nutrigrain bars and small prepacked muffins.

The hotel in general was not clean at all. The floors look nasty and dirty. The room was even worse, didn’t feel clean. Paint all over the bathroom floor. The layout of the bathroom was horrible so uncomfortable sitting on the toilet, hard to even get the toilet paper. It took over 10 minutes for the water to get hot. Just not a comfortable stay at all. The first person who checked us in was not very pleasant but the other two ladies we came across at the front desk were very nice and helpful.

I had a great stay! The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. It made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

Tiara and Milagros were excellent checking in our group of multiple rooms. The room & bathroom were very clean. The only complaint we had were the upstairs guests, loud, walking back and forth all night, moving furniture until 9am. And they were chain smoking in the bathroom, it was going thru the vents. :-( Breakfast? What breakfast, coffee ran out.
