"Good hotel"

"Beautiful hotel! Wish we could’ve stayed here longer. The food was amazing, pool was nice and clean, rooms were comfortable! Very impressed. The staff were so kind and very helpful. The view from the room balcony was gorgeous."

"I booked this hotel mostly because of the location and for the swimming pool as I have a child who likes swimming, never in my life I would think that as a hotel guest you have to pay extra for the swimming pool and also the spa reception asked as to buy swimming caps as it’s a hotel policy. I was very frustrated as other people in the pool were not wearing caps. I wouldn’t go there again as the rooms a quiet outdated and also for the 2 days we were the no cleaner came to at least pick up the...

"I’ve only missed a safe-box in the room. But everything else was excellent."

"Good modern hotel right outside Plovdiv station. Helpful staff. Quiet. Fridge in the room."

"Rent hotel med lade faciliteter for el biler"

"Nice big room, comfortable bed . the spa closes at 8:30 which I find a bit early."

"Chambre fonctionnelle et propre mais salle de bain beaucoup trop petite, le WC est dans la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner quelconque"

"Clean, quiet, comfortable hotel next to a leafy park. Good location for exploring the city. Room was small but well organized. Shower was good but no way not to get the whole bathroom wet. Included Breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly. We got good recommendations for dinner."

"The location of the property was excellent. Situated at the bottom and start of the old town and also equally as close to the high street and restaurants. The room was clean and very comfortable. The reception gave us an excellent overview of the city with a street map of what to do and see and they were readily available on WhatsApp if we needed them. The breakfast was of high quality with lots of options. The hotel helped us book a taxi early in the morning and personally helped ensure it...

"Fint hotell med god beliggenhet. Hyggelige ansatte, god frokost. Meget sentralt i byen, gangavstand til det meste👍😊"

"Room we got was tiny and run down. The bathroom could hardly fit a shower, trailer seat and a sink which were merely in to of each other. Additionally, the humidity has affected the bathroom. Overall the hotel does not deserve the start rating it has. Parking was not available even that we tried to book in advance as advised and the reception staff who checked us in was not very helpful. Thankfully the lady was much more inventative and helpful. This is not my first trip to Plovdiv but...

"Great location, good staff, nice onsite restaurant and spa (run independently of the hotel). Clean but everything was dated in the rooms and the beds were old. Lots of staff that were very visible"

"Very nice and unique hotel in the heart of the Plovdiv Old Town. The staff is super helpful. Parking is another big plus."

"The hotel is very modern in design. The staff were kind, welcoming and very accommodating, providing us with suggestions for where to visit and eat in Plovdiv. The hotel is also in an excellent location, very close to a supermarket and within easy walking distance to the city centre."

"The absencs of the owner or manager on the premises to welcome us when we arrived bet 5-6 pm made our check-in, tricky , and finding parking more difficult. The TV did not work. The next day, the manager, was delightful. The location was excellent."

"Best place exactly at the cc of Plovdiv. Great price for this location."
