The hotel is very modern in design. The staff were kind, welcoming and very accommodating, providing us with suggestions for where to visit and eat in Plovdiv. The hotel is also in an excellent location, very close to a supermarket and within easy walking distance to the city centre.

This property was fantastic. It’s is a hidden gem within a 7-10 mins walk into the city center. The rooms were fantastic ice cold air conditioning and super comfy beds. The staff was fantastic and so helpful. We used the bar, breakfast and Torro restaurant and had a great experience at each. The highlight was dinner and drinks at Torro. Pro tip: The rooms with no balcony are a bit bigger and have more bathroom space.
