"I arrived in Padova very early and the Al Cason staff got my room prepared with just a short wait for early check-in. I liked being congratulated whenever I tried practicing my Italian with them. It's an easy walk from the train station but more out of the way than I'd thought when booking. "

"To be honest, we just needed a place to stay whilst in Padua. The hotel ticked all the boxes in terms of service, staff friendliness and room comfort. It’s in process of renovation so I can only imagine it will get even better. The location is located very near to the Scrovegni Chapel and the Basilica of St Anthony is easily reached in 10 minutes by bus or tram. There is a multitude of public transport connections nearby. The hotel restaurant is also very good and reasonably priced."

"The room was clean and the staff were great. The only issue was the bathroom, which had a smell so terrible that we could barely use it. It was difficult to take a shower with the sewer smell coming from the pipes. It did help eventually when we ran some water, but it was the stinkiest room I've ever stayed in. The rest was great. "The property was neat and clean. There was nothing extra for guests, it was all basic, but that was sufficient for our needs. The staff was helpful and the room was nice. The property was just around the corner from Basilica di Sant Antonio di Padova and Prato di Valle which was so perfect! The hotel is a walkable 30 minutes from the train station with many piazzes and nice stops along the way! As for Padova, it was one of my favorite cities I have been to in Italy! I want to come here again...
