"The room was fine, but the Pictures didn’t match what was actually given to us. the sliding door to the porch did not lock & the bathroom window didn’t shut all the way which made us worry about bugs. The AC worked great which is always nice. they had breakfast and a restaurant, but you had to eat it in your room."

"We had an unexpected extension to our visit to Kigali and this was the perfect place to stay. We chose an executive room and found we could use the business lounge with that level of room. There the staff were very friendly and the food just right for a place to hang out and re-plan the next part of our journey."

"I originally booked another hotel that ended up being under maintenance so Expedia transferred me to Igitego. There was a bit of arranging amongst the staff at first, but they made the transition feel very easy. Meals were delicious and filling. The three main staff members who cared for me went above and beyond to create a memorable and hospitable stay."
