"They were so kind and helpful. I absolutely love the receptionist, Rosalyn (sp?). She was great! The room was beautiful and clean, close to just about everything. Quieter area and there were so many restaurants within a block or two. Shower was great, room was stylish and beautiful. AC worked well. The pillows, towels, bedding and everything were top notch. The bed was very firm (a bit too hard for me). "

"5 Stars +. Central location allows walking to all the historic sights. Only a 5 minute walk to the Arena if you are going to an event. The rooms and common areas are great and filled with amenities. Hosts Andrea and Elisabetta are the best. They constantly checked in before and after we arrived. Highly recommended. Remember that if you have a car the Ciry of Verona has barred them from the old city. Parking garages are about a 10 to 15 minute walk. "

"Beautiful hotel outside Verona. The staff were helpful and the menu was great in the restaurant. After a week of running around Venice and Florence sightseeing, it was wonderful to relax in the pool, enjoy the views and unwind. Staff couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay. "Beautiful rooms and design. Unique features in some room (a piano in one of our room). Just be aware that the glass enclosed shower (partially frosted) is in the sleeping area if you are sharing room. Small elevator allow moving luggage with ease. Secured Parking inside courtyard within the building was a real bonus. Room enough for our rental Audi Q5 but may be not a full size SUV.
