El desayuno incluido nos sorprendiò, delicioso y muy completo. El café capuccino riquísimo. Todo el personal con mucho don de servicio y atenciòn al cliente."
"If walking to the property from Zurich HB, walk and take the tram down to paradeplatz, then walk over going past Zeughauskeller restaurant. This is the most efficient way and easier if carrying luggage. Google maps won’t suggest this "
"Will definitely stay here again. Great room and amenities. The smart features are super handy. Only problem was the music from a nearby bar. But we thankfully fell asleep and had a great sleep. "
"Very beautiful rooms; clean and comfortable. Breakfast comes at an extra fee but loved the continental spread (especially the cheese varieties). You can choose to buy tickets for local transportation in the lobby which we appreciated but everything was walkable (and encouraged!). I would recommend staying here again! "
"Nicely located in Old Town, close to restaurants and the lake, and walkable to the train station. We had the only room with a balcony, thank you so much. Even though it rained initially we were able to enjoy it later on. The room was quite spacious.
