"It was a great basic stay during our layover. The room was quiet even for being so close to the airport. We walked over before we knew there was a shuttle. Our bathroom was a little cramped and awkward but it was mostly a great stay."

"We've stayed here before and like it. There is a shuttle to and from the airport, which is useful (but please make a reservation). We really like the Runway 28 bar/restaurant on the 3rd floor, overlooking the airport. But, if it's not open the restaurants on the ground floor is also good. The only problem this time was that it was very hot (not the hotel's fault) but there is no a/c in the room, just a small fan, so it was almost impossible to sleep. Also, the kettle in our room was not working, so we couldn't make early morning tea/coffee before getting an early morning shuttle."

"Check-in is easy and convenient. If you do an early online check-in, the hotel will send you a code securely, and on the property, you can go to a kiosk to do self-check-in and register the hotel key cards on your own. Of course, they have employees ready to help. I've never seen this system, but it is quite ideal and convenient for late arrivals. The room was comfortable and clean. It had two complementary waters and a tea station. On our floor, they even had a vending machine (not free) with drinks, candies, and other helpful/common items you might need/want while traveling, which was really convenient. No need to search for a convenience store. However, I will say that one water bottle was €2.50! With the reliable hotel-to-airport shuttle, this is an ideal hotel to stay at. Plus, it was only a 25-35 minute drive into the center of Dublin. Just remember that there are TWO Clayton Hotels in close proximity, especially when going to the shuttles (they have different pick-up spots) and when telling taxi drivers."

"Very small basic room but had everything needed. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and hotel was great for leaving luggage due to late flight. Free coffee in reception although no one pointed this out to us and so didn't know until day we departed! Although it is classed as city centre, it was a good 20min walk to Temple Bar area but only 10mins to Guinness Factory and there is a tram stop about 2mins down the road. Air conditioning was a god send in the heatwave."
