It was a Great Stay vacation for us!

When my wife and arrived at Double tree by Hilton. Our room wall very clean and the roses for my wife were in our room before we checked in as I requested and I really appreciated that. We were given 2 bottles of waters and cookies at the front desk and also Chris, Front Office Manager had also personally left his business card, 2 additional bottles of waters and took the vase of Roses up to our room himself.

Great customer service example

I gave a good rating due to the front desk personnel (Emily) exceptional customer service. Upon arrival the handicap amenities that were requested was not honored and after several attempts to correct the situation. It seemed like an endless battle, but the hotel redeemed itself and demonstrated great customer service.
