Beautiful hotel, absolutely loved the waterfall at night time. My room opened up to the sound, it also a very nice balcony overlooking the hotel pool and waterfall. Make sure to get a room overlooking the pool with deck.

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay. While the property is beautiful and the staff was excellent, I wanted to bring a few concerns to your attention. The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. It felt as though the cleaning was focused more on initial presentation rather than thoroughness. Additionally, the pool area was disappointing; there was debris floating in the water, which appeared unsanitary and discouraged us from swimming. On a positive note, we did enjoy the breakfast. I hope this feedback is helpful for your maintenance and cleaning teams.

My experience with the assistant manager was really upsetting. I’m traveling with my 4-year-old son and had accidentally booked a full-size bed. I politely asked if I could switch to something safer since he moves a lot in his sleep, and I was even willing to pay for an upgrade. Instead, I was treated like a problem and told to “leave” and I’ll be refunded while standing there with my child. She raised her voice in front of other guests, which was embarrassing and honestly scary for my son, he ended up hiding behind me because he was so uncomfortable. That interaction completely changed how I felt about the stay. Customer service matters, and this was not handled well at all. I reported the incident however have not heard back. the room was fine and breakfast was great.

Everything was great per usual. Every time I come to St. Louis, I stay here. S/O to Debbie who had a ton of stuff going on but yet when I had to go back downstairs for the 3rd time because my key card wasn’t working, she took the time to rectify the situation and got someone up there to help me immediately. The customer service was EXCELLENT! I will be back soon!
