"5 day stay. Didn’t see housekeeping once. They didn’t once check our garbage, make our beds , etc. There were hairs in the sink and shower. I found a massive fresh pee stain. With hard urine still on duvet and cover. I called for housekeeping and told them they gave me a clean duvet, no cover and ..."
