One area of work that could be looked into is around the restaurant, which is officially open until 21:30, but a small group of hotel guests were turned away at 21:10. Maybe some clear guidelines for all concerned."

"The room was big and comfortable . Unfortunately it was on the ground floor and everybody can look inside. The curtain was only from the top of the windows so to have privacy you had to be in the dark even with a nice sunny day. They should have curtain half way to allow the light to enter the room and not let walking by people to look inside."
