"Just had a lovely three day stay at the hotel, (wish it was longer.) Lovely room with a fantastic view overlooking the immaculate grounds and St Ives. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast in a lovely room. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will definitely be back. Jim & Karen"

"Positives: The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding and towels were immaculate. The shower was a great temperature, albeit on the small size. The view of the bay from my balcony was unbelievably beautiful. I’ve never woken to a better view. The staff were friendly and my luggage was carried to my room. The check in and check out was fuss-free. I believe there is parking available, though I used the long-stay carpark, just opposite. Negatives: the rooms are VERY dated and in need of a LOT of TLC. If you can look beyond this, the hotel is a fantastic place to stay for a reasonable rate. Especially for St Ives. It would be good to see the place brought back to life with a lick of paint."

"An amazing stay in this beautiful B&B. The bedroom was spotless and breakfast was great. The location was perfect with the beach and public transport within walking distance. Mark was a wonderful host who made us feel welcome. Thank you."

"Lovely and clean apartment with sweeping views across Carbis Bay. The apartment is on a bus route into St Ives and the train station is about a 8-10 min walk. There is a Tesco Superstore up the road The apartment is bright and airy, spotless. There is a lovely vegan restaurant downstairs which was packed! Would highly recommend this apartment"

"This is a gem. We are high end travellers and this is probably the best service we have ever experienced. The staff were very attentive and obviously take great pride in their work and the property. The food quality was excellent and consequently we ate there most nights."
