"I would have loved for the furniture to be steamed cleaned a little bit more."

"The door had a key lock from the early 40s. We felt unsafe.?The bedroom floors had tile that needs to be power washed. The shower was barely warm.. It was temperature of Caribbean barrel water used to take a bath. The furniture was dated, early 70’s. No elevator to transport luggage. Great location, great staff and perfect access to the beach."

"We stayed in Cabana #1. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the A/C ran great. The room was cleaned every other day and the sheets and towels were changed on the 4th day. The restaurant was good but the service was very slow. The setting was very nice (the hotel is part of a marina). There is a pool, but it was being resurfaced when we were there. "This is a low cost property, but for the low price, it's very good. It's clean and tidy, but certainly not salubrious. It's not particularly conveniently placed relative to the town, but it's on a major bus route--the (very frequent) number 1 route that goes right to the central bus station. There's not much nearby except for a couple of small stores, and the airport is just under a mile away, down a steep hill. That was a good thing for me as I had to walk there.
