"We couldn't lock the front door all week! The key would not turn. We tried to contact the host but never heard from them. This made the holiday very stressful. The tv did it work either which was annoying. The water pressure in the ensuite shower was really poor making it unusable. The cottage could be so lovely but it feels uncared for and the owner is impossible to contact."

"Lovely hotel situated on a cliff overlooking the sea. Breakfast delicious. Friendly staff. Would stay again."

"Beer was cold. Dinner was exceptional. Breakfast was really good and coffee the way u like it."

"IT WAS OK FOR 1 NIGHT"

"Very comfortable room with fridge, big shower, really friendly staff"

"The manager, Mac, was very welcoming and took the time to explain the facilities within the hotel. Our room while a little dated, was warm, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was superb and contained a variety of choices. The dining room was tastefully decorated. Recommend staying here."

"Really nice"

"Great stay. Been a few times, never disappointed."

"What a fantastic place to stay! We received a very warm welcome and everyone was so kind and accommodating. Our room was wonderfully comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location is so peaceful and scenic and we had a view of the river from our window. Breakfast was delicious and we also enjoyed a great evening meal. I appreciated the variety of vegetarian and vegan options available. We would definitely love to stay here again if we visit the area."

"I stayed 4 nights to go to the Welsh National Eisteddfod. The room was comfortable and the breakfsst good. They provided vegan sausages and oat milk with no problem. On site parking was free. Staff were very pleasant. There was no other meal service than breakfast and only a limited bar service (which I didn’t use) but there is a pub very nearby that serves meals and also a few other eating places."

"What a lovely stay, beautiful clean room, amazing breakfast and an absolutely lovely landlady. I’ll definitely go back for a longer stay!"

"The stay was so pleasant. The cottage is located in lovely location and it has all the amenities needed. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The shop was within 15 minutes drive from the cottage. Will definitely recommend this cottage. Thanks from Anita"

"Mark was great about moving our nights stay because of our cancelled ferry. Breakfast nice and the room was warm clean and cosy and quiet. will be coming back next time we are in Wales."
