"This property was very peaceful…the manager and staff were welcoming towards us"

"The lady at the property was great an happy birthday to her in advance 80yrs🙏"

"Smelly, dirty, not as advertised"

"Romantic and relaxing with great views of the jungle and ocean. Room could use a little TLC with things like a broken soap dish in the shower, but we are an active outdoor couple and don't need grand comfort. You are in the tropical jungle so expect bugs. The voice of the jungle speaks at night. As we are active travelers we spent much time exploring the island and scuba diving , then would come back to our room to cool off in the pool and relax with the million dollar view! You are remote so a...

"This property was located in an ideal spot for those who do nit want to deal with busy tourist areas. The free shuttle to Grand Anse was perfect! The pool was clean and the views were amazing. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this stay for your next trip!"

"10 out of 10, staff was amazing as well as the breakfast"

"My stay was absolutely lovely, just far too short! It truly feels like a secret hideaway, perfect for comfort, peace, and relaxation. The pool, breathtaking views, delicious food, and wonderful staff were all amazing. And the rooms? OMG so scenic and beautifully designed! I can always appreciate thoughtful architecture and attention to detail. Nina gave me a 10/10 massage, and Jen was an absolute doll so warm and welcoming. Overall, such a beautiful experience, and I’ll definitely make it a...

"Lawn and landscape needs help, upgrade towels and wash cloth etc"

"I just recently returned from my stay at Mount Cinnamon. What a beautiful hotel! Check in was easy and I appreciated the welcome drink. My room was beautiful and clean with a nice view off of the balcony. Also, comfortable bedding, and the hotel was very quiet. I loved coming to my room the first day and seeing fresh baked banana bread, and everyday, the staff personally delivered cookies to the room. Such a nice treat. The location is on Grande Anse beach, a beautiful white sand beach with...

"Good value"

"For this to have been a Royalton, it was a horrible experience. First off there are no elevators in any building other than the diamond club building so if you’re on the fourth floor in any other building, you have to walk up and down every day. The food at the buffet was one of the worst I’ve ever had. The other restaurants could’ve been better salt and pepper goes a long way. The Indian restaurant was great and nibbles was the best place to have food lunch or dinner. My wife and I literally...
