Hotel was just what we needed. A place to sleep for one night. Considering the prices in the area, it was exactly what we expected. The property is starting to look a little dated, but still clean and comfortable. The walls/door is not very sound proof. People were standing in the hall talking early in the morning, and we could hear it loud and clear. Breakfast was a continental breakfast (cereal, bread/bagel, waffle maker, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee). So, if you need meat/protein or sugar-free options in the morning, expect to go find food elsewhere. Overall, good for somewhere safe to sleep in the St. Charles area.

This hotel has been our go to for almost 3 years now when it comes to visiting family and friends around St. Charles. The rooms are always clean and the staff are always helpful. This last visit, we noticed a couple of things have deteriorated, the water pressure was low and the water had difficulty staying warm but besides that and a couple small things, it was a pleasant stay as always.

Came down to Chicago for a family member's funeral and the room was cost efficient, just what we needed, and close to where we needed to go. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

once we go to our room one of my children found garage left behind…. So we questioned if the room was even cleaned. We cancelled our additional days we had booked there. Also this company won’t let me post what I initially wanted to post!

The room had an unpleasant body odor smell and I was placed in a handicap accessible room and bathroom that I didn’t need. Shower head was covered by calcium scaling. Outside pool not accessible during winter, but free internet was good enough to study or watch a show.

It was a really nice hotel for the price. Met our expectations. The only thing is that the breakfast wasn’t anything special. I would definitely stay again though.

Check in staff was friendly hotel was quiet the weekend I was there biggest complaint was the shower Water was not hot enough and no water pressure at all. Hotel was clean and pleasant and the price was right at $79 a night.

It was exactly as advertised and expected for then price point. It was close to downtown St Charles, the Arcada theater (the reason why we got the room) and lots of great restaurant and shopping options that come along with the area. I would stay at again.

Not luxurious by any means, but a quality sleep for the price. Old, low quality furniture. The build quality all around is subpar for the entire hotel, but manageable. Didn't feel unsafe at any point. Bathroom was nicer than anticipated compared to the room itself, yet small. Not bad, not great. Would stay again if I needed to sleep on a budget.
