"Pull out bed (couch) was broken and safety risk for my kids. They brought us a roll away bed however, used a key to enter our room(without our permission) while we were in the restroom. The pillows were all very flat. Ceiling fan in bedroom was making a squeaky sound that sounded like something was loose and could break. The overall cleanliness of the room was also not very good especially considering the price. "

"This is our second time staying at this property. First time we really enjoyed our stay which is why we stayed again. After this stay, I doubt we will be back. Room did not have a working toilet. When we went to call down to the front desk, the room phone was not working. Also, no wash cloths. We were promised 5,000 rewards points from Hyatt. Have yet to see the rewards points that were promised."

"nice staff and clean room. We were not there long, but would certainly stay again. It's a smaller hotel so you don't have the hustle of a large complex, and the parking was easy. The breakfast in the morning was what you expect from a hotel, but the coffee was actually good. Our room was very clean, but not super luxurious. The finishes are standard but the bed was very comfy. Great staff, everyone was nice and said hello. "

"Staff was super rude as a frequent traveler we abide by all rules and signs posted when there is no rules or signs posted you treat your guest like trash for not knowing the rules that you never explained in any way.. worst vacation EVER . STAY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! "

"The hotel appeared to look clean. However, upon arriving there were large crackers/chips in the floor by the air unit in the room. Additionally, one of the elevators had what appeared to be puke/stool. The front desk attendant was notified and 4 hours later it was still not cleaned. The next morning it was wiped up but not cleaned and the 3rd flood had the same puke/stool on the floors outside of the elevator for 3 days. The room provided 2 towels for 2 adults & 1 child and when asked for more after already being there for 2 days we were only fggiv"
