"There was a roach infestation under my bed and when we got moved rooms there was a big cockroach behind my bed. All I got was an im sorry ill let the supervisor know. They "cleaned" the new room. Literally just mopped and left the dead roach. All I got after my stay was an I can give you a free night ..."
