Room was clean. Got the last one of the night. FYI, you don't have to park in their parking lot. There are some options for street parking.

Hilton Garden Inn St. Augustine Historic District
Clean rooms. Looks like a fairly new Hotel. One draw back is the $25 per day parking fee. What’s not expecting that. Seems just unreasonable just for parking and it’s not valet. The parking fee would most likely keep me from booking at the Hotel again.
