Each room is completely self contained - so no access to, or need for, communal rooms. Breakfast is provided in your own kitchen and contains a wide variety of options. "Room is dirty, smelly, and dusty. Carpet is not vacuumed and the room smelled really bad. The windows can’t be opened. There are also very loud plumbing pipes that will keep you awake all night. I would never stay here again."

"Nice accommodation in good area, room a little small but clean, warm & comfortable bed, slept well, lovely breakfast. Would certainly stay again, there is only 6 rooms & all up stairs so wouldn’t recommended if any difficulty with walking as no lift. On returning i would request a slightly bigger room & on the first floor. "
