"When yo have a group renting 15-20 rooms, Best Western should have given the banquet room for a reduced rate for that group. But because they didn’t our group discussed it and probably won’t book the rooms again for the next function."

"This property is very central to the 401, making it a great location for getting around. Breakfast in the morning had a good variety. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Would have liked to see all the staff in uniforms and wearing name tags…seemed a little too laid back."

"Great location with a lot of food options within walking distance (mainly fast food) directly across the street. Friendly staff. Free parking. Comfortable bed. Only thing was the pillows and/or pillow cases looked like they haven’t been changed or washed in a while. Will bring my own pillow cases next time. Other than everything was good."
