Stayed for a week loved the location couldnt hear the highway nothing. Barely had housekeeping so we constantly left our trash barrel outside just so they would empty it.. everyone seemed friendly

Good place for allergy sufferers, clean!

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Elevator is a bit slow as one is out of service but the stairs are well-lit and easily accessible. Lots of vending options and laundry facility. Near major shopping center. Room is very clean. Full size fridge. Feels very safe. I have allergies and often react to hotel rooms but have not had to take any antihistamines! Extended my stay.

One of the top motel 6

This motel 6 is prob the best one I stayed in, location was good, the remodeled suite is awesome. A lot things near by. Still remodeling other rooms but weโ€™re very courteous of to the guest.

We only had 1 chair instead of 2 to sit at the table. The WIFI was appalling and did not work in our room, we spoke to reception and they said tell the manager tomorrow?? Car park was fine, kitchen was ok but not much use with no crockery or cutlery or any pans to cook with? The room was however clean and the bed comfortable

Stayed for 6 nights. Room was very clean. Very close to Springfield Mall & the Interstate. Very good for transit and the Metro ( subway ). Staff is very helpful. The only negative thing was slow wifi. Would definitely stay again. Very good budget hotel.

Both assistant managers are very professional accommodating. Been staying here with my wife for about 4 months now as we look for our place of residence. Studio is very well kept and Staff have great customer service. The only reason Iโ€™ll keep staying here.

The front desk service along with the staff is superb and very courtesy. I had made two requests as I had issues with the fridge oven top counter and they came to inspect promptly and exchanged the room next day instantly to provide convenient service. So far, loving their customer service.

Decent value for area!

The property was OK but seemed to be well used. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the property parking while ample, this place was packed pretty much the entire week. Location was close to a lot of the downtown area but getting in and out from I-95 was challenging at times due to traffic. I have lived and worked in that area and a lot of great things in the local area but again the sheer number of people may make some shy away from this location. Room was small but functional. Even though it was a studio with a kitchenette, full refrigerator etc, for two people to spend any real time in the room is quite tight. That being said, the cost/value was very decent for the area. Bring dishes though.

It's a livable room for a low price

Nice people - gave me free dryer sheets. The place was freshly painted with remodling paper still taped to the floor. Amenities were excellent with a large fridge & kitchenette. Unfortunately, the guest before me had used the cooktop; the place reeked of fried onions. I was there 3 days & the smell was still lingering.
Lighting for pics was weird. View of a bridge behind the parking lot.
Full fridge, microwave, 2-burner stove top, sink with disposal. Coffee & ice cube trays, too. Also has iron/board & heavy metal hangers.

The room was clean and lots of hot water. The kitchenette was nice, it would have been better if it was more clear. A fully functional kitchenette does not include any utensils, plates or pots. Our only issue was at check in. Our room was supposed to be non smoking. It took quite a long time for the young man to check us in, going back and forth between two computers and at one point even using his phone. Our room ended up being a smoking room. He said thatโ€™s the way we booked it. Our room was prepaid and my receipt showed non smoking but he was unwilling to rectify the issue. Other than that, the room was close to the metro and other food and shopping options.
