The water in this hotel smells foul. Our entire hotel room stunk like rotten eggs. Truly repulsive. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Springfield area regardless of the low rates.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Staff was incredible! Due to a breakdown on our way to Christmas with our kids (who are scattered between three states), our plans were foiled and we had to stay in Springfield. Our family rallied and drove the extra hour and a half to meet us for a gathering, but we had no place to gather. I asked the clerk at check-in if there was any way we could have our family Christmas in the lobby, and she graciously approved. My husband and I and our 7 kids took over the lobby and had the most beautiful, lopsided Christmas that night. On top of that, the room was amazing. Clean, SO SPACIOUS, and cozy. The free breakfast was super impressive—the best we’ve seen—and the staff were all cheerful and helpful. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had! We will absolutely look for other Springhill Suites in the future!!
