Room was very clean. We walked right in off the street and had to call someone up to register us. That was not upsetting at that time. But when we went out a little later to get something to eat and we came back and again no one was ever at the desk. This happened again later. The area is very dark ...

President Abraham Lincoln Springfield - DoubleTree by Hilton
Room was clean, lobby very nice. Amenities were fine. We had trouble with the sink and tub draining and someone was sent to fix it. Also, the corner-room heater was very loud and that was apparently worked on when we were gone one afternoon.
