"Set in the quiet and bucolic Norfolk countryside, this is a lovely place to stay for a quiet retreat. We stayed in an en-suite cabin with two dogs, we were surrounded by woodland and looked out over a lake, of which there are a few within the site. "Entrance to the hotel difficult to find. Clean and friendly staff. Room was nothing like the ones advertised probably because we had our dog with us. Overall a pleasant stay. "

"Excellent stay. Staff were superb along with the food and drink on offer. Maybe some healthier options would be a suggestion, plus the heating was constantly on full through the building. Money saving opportunity here. Definitely recommend."

"One of the best spas I have visited. This is due to the friendly welcoming warm staff - specially Rosie who couldn’t do enough for us, she happily showed us around the facilities and made us feel very special. The fun, colourful vibe and swim up cocktails were a treat and the room with the double bath was one of its kind and so memorable. I would come back in a heartbeat - and hope to return later this year"

"Hotel is well placed in centre of Kings Lynn and although there is no on site parking there is plenty available nearby. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room although basic was fine and we would happily stay at the property again but in a different room. The King Suite where we stayed was directly over the kitchen which in itself wasn’t a problem - the problem was the constant beat from the chefs music which boomed in the room from 9.15am when they presumably started work until the kitchen...

"Had to change rooms as stairs were very steep really struggled with them so me am my friend asked to be moved to a downstairs twin room none available but had a double available for which they wanted £90 on Top of the £65 we had already paid obviously we declined an went back to room I nearly fell downstairs as I’m disabled an use a stick my friend isn’t much better so we rang reception to ask if they could come up with a better price for double room and relented an charged us 45 but still think...

"What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. Breakfast was lovely, huge croissants. Honestly can’t fault anything. I’d definitely recommend and would love to stay again, I want to try one of the other rooms as they’re all...
